AutoJet
Spray Systems equipped with SprayCheck Sensors verify that your
system is delivering precision spray for your most critical coating
and dosing applications.
Here's
how the SprayCheck Monitoring System verifies the application of
liquid coatings to help you reduce scrap and improve your product
quality:
- A
miniature sensor is mounted near the orifice of a PulsaJet®
automatic spray nozzle to optically detect a spray pattern
emerging from the spray tip
- Each
"spray" signal sent by the AutoJet
Spray Controller is confirmed with a "spray present"
signal from the SprayCheck sensor to verify spray application
- If
the controller does not receive a "spray present" signal
from the SprayCheck sensor for each "spray" signal sent
to the nozzle, alarms can be activated, special marking of non-conforming
products can be activated or the production line can be shut down
- Each
spray cycle can be documented and logged by the controller
