Maintain Precise Flow Rates with an
AutoJet PWM Spray Control Panel

Problem: A manufacturer of retread truck tires needed a spray system to evenly apply an adhesive to bond tire treads to tire casings. The system needed to accommodate different tread widths and application rates on the same conveyor line. Their previous process of applying the adhesive by roll coating was inefficient and created a mess.

The AutoJet PWM Spray Control Panel provides a convenient way to control electronic nozzles very precisely. Here are just a few of the system benefits:

  • Relatively low flow rates can be generated with larger, clog-resistant spray tips
