AutoJet Technologies Introduces Improved Spray Control
in a Self-Contained System
January
2006 - AutoJet Technologies, a division of Spraying Systems Co.,
introduced an updated line of self-contained systems that improve
the performance of automatic spray nozzles. An AutoJet Modular Spray
System can save users thousands of dollars annually by saving chemicals,
eliminating overspray, minimizing manual labor, improving product
quality, and reducing scrap. "Our engineers spend a lot of
time in customers' plants, and they see problems like overspray
of expensive coatings, misting and product rejects that could be
easily eliminated through better spray control," said Dave
Foley, Vice President of AutoJet Technologies. "Our AutoJet
Modular Spray Systems provide cost-effective precise spray control
to help our customers overcome these problems."
Engineered
from a range of standard spray component kits, Spraying System Co.
sales engineers configure AutoJet Modular Spray Systems to meet
their customer's exact coating, cleaning, or cooling needs in three
steps. First, they choose an automatic spray nozzle based on characteristics
such as flow rate, conveyor speed and pressure. Next, they determine
the level of control needed for the application.
AutoJet Modular Spray Systems can provide basic, intermediate
or advanced levels of spray control. For simple on/off applications,
the basic system is ideal and includes nozzles, pressure tanks,
valves and regulators. The intermediate system has added onboard
timing control software and is best for applications where spray
variables are pre-set and need only to be monitored. An advanced
system offers ultimate spray control with patented SprayLogic®
software to monitor and adjust spray performance based on process
variables such as conveyor speed, temperature and humidity.
Finally, Spraying Systems Co. sales engineers select
a configuration to meet their customer's needs. Modular Spray Systems
are available as panel-mounts, mobile spray carts or fully enclosed
SprayDesk systems for maximum protection in rugged environments.
AutoJet Modular Spray Systems are built at manufacturing
locations around the world and can be delivered quickly. They are
easy to install and operate, and can be integrated with current
plant control platforms.
